To the good people of Askern, your Church has had lead stolen from the Church hall roof Sunday evening about 10.00pm, then Monday night at 10.30pm. The perpertrator was seen by one of the good people looking on the the Church front and back on both occasions the person run off and scarperrd on his bike. Did anyone see a person or persons hanging around at that time on a bike in the Church grounds, please message me, no questions asked, no name passed onto the Police where the information came from.

Make this lead to hot to handle, for the person who stole it and handling it, make it red hot like molten lead. If you know who it is just let them know smart water is all over it and can be traced.

The damaged to the roof can be repaired, but we are a poor Church that survives on donations and this is a big blow to our financial situation. Please help to catch the person or persons who think they can just take items that doesn't belong to them but to the good people of Askern.
