NOA born of local interest in 1957 developed to be a forum of social and sporting activity on the island of Andros . Its clubhouse pioneering the sixties architecture and due to its unique geographical situation became a popular hub culminating in glamorous parties and the Andros International Yacht Race boosted by royals still running today

NOA is now responsible for the coaching , training and promotion of fifty or so children from Andros who have succeeded at high levels in their own and their island’s attainments and who promote Andros for the benefit of an island struck by the Greek crisis and its geopolitical dysfunctions.

This is a worthy cause if only to support dwindling populations on Greek islands whose original infrastructure can support schools and microsocieties that deserve funding and general financial and moral support .wwwOmilos
