Story

Our best friend Steph is 32 and has stage 4 cancer. She has been through more than 24 sessions of Chemotherapy and liver surgery, but the cancer is not giving up. She needs to raise at least £150,000 to privately fund targeted biological therapies that are her only chance at beating it. You can read more about her story here: GoFundMe: Stephs Cancer Treatment Fund

Her fund raising is well under way, but she still needs more. We have already held a carboot sale, will be organising a local festival and will be selling some treasured items, but we want to put ourselves to the test physically.

Elle and I will be doing two challenges:

In June we will be doing the Yeovil Half Marathon (21Km). You can read more about it here: Yeovil Marathon

Then in September we will both be doing the Thames Path Challenge, its 100km over 48 hours from Putney to Henley. We will run, walk and crawl if we need to to raise as much money as we can for this most worthwhile cause. You can read more about the challenge here: Thames Path Challenge

If anyone would like to join us for a part or all of the Thames Path Challenge please feel welcome, more the merrier.

Please help us raise as much money as we can to provide Steph with the treatment she needs. Any donations you can offer will make a difference.
