Stuart Housden is leaving the RSPB-please come and celebrate with him!
After 41 years & 3 months give or take, Stuart is retiring from the RSPB.

Stuart would be delighted if you could help him celebrate the next phase of his endeavours and life at a gathering of friends, colleagues and those he has worked alongside in his long and varied career in the world of conservation. Even if you can't join him a message and a contribution to his favourite project would be much appreciated.

Stuart has requested that he does not want a gift-but instead if you felt able to help him establish a grove of 500-600 native trees at a wonderful restoration project in the highly endangered rainforest of coastal Brazil-where only 7% of this biodiverse habitat survives, he would be extremely grateful. 500 is equal-more or less to the number of months Stuart has worked for RSPB-initially 17 years at the UK HQ in Bedfordshire, followed by 23+ years as the Director of RSPB Scotland!

Thank you so much and we hope Stuart can help some of the amazing endemic birds like those-listed as endangered or vulnerable by IUCN, to have a more secure home for the Future!
