This is the 10th year of this fundraising event & was originally started by prison service staff to raise funds for various charities.

There are over 50 of us taking part in the 115 mile bike ride from Cardiff to Evesham.

I am also taking part in a 5 hour spinathon at Anytime Fitness in Malvern on Saturday June 28th to raise addition funds.
