Taking the Leap for Nina – Supporting Luton & Dunstable Hospital

Hi everyone,

On 12th July, I’ll be abseiling down the acute services building at Luton & Dunstable Hospital. It’s a huge personal challenge, but one I’m proud to take on for a cause that means so much to us at Right FM.

This fundraiser is in memory of Nina, the sister of my business partner and friend Venesa Coodien. Nina sadly passed away in June 2024, and this event is part of our effort to honour her life, her energy, and her love for people.

Together, Venesa and I co-founded Right FM, and while we’ve built our company on solid business foundations, it’s causes like this that remind us what really matters—community, compassion, and standing by each other.

All donations raised will go directly to two vital services at the L&D:

💙 A&E Department– The incredible team who gave Nina the best care possible in her final moments. Their skill and quick response are quite literally life-saving.

🦶 Little Feet Appeal – Supporting the hospital’s plans to transform maternity care, creating warm and welcoming spaces for families and new beginnings.

Charity Bingo Night – 23rd May

To help boost donations, we’re also hosting **Venesa’s Charity Bingo Night** at Mecca Bingo in Luton on **Thursday 23rd May**. It’s going to be a brilliant evening with:

🎟️ **Bingo Games** – Including a shot at the big national prize!

🍹 A Free Drink – On us (spirits not included!)

🤫 Silent Auction – With some fantastic items up for grabs.

🎶 Live DJ – Playing Old School RnB, Garage, DnB, and Reggae until late.

💷 **£7 from every £20 ticket** goes straight to charity.

Whether you join us on the night, chip in a donation, or simply help spread the word, we’d be incredibly grateful. Every penny helps us give something back to the hospital that’s supported so many of us—and honours the memory of someone truly special.
