I'm raising £500 for the Manchester Branch of the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

This organisation supported my family after my mum's diagnosis in the early 2000s. This charity means a lot to myself and my family, and we would really appreciate a donation to this fund in lieu of any gifts or cards for my birthday.
