My partner of 12 years left me last year, and left me completely penniless, with no income, and a Border Collie dog (Jaz), a beautiful ginger cat (Tiggy), and her three adorable 2 month old kittens (Millie, Indie & Tyler) to look after. I absolutely love all of my pets, and would do anything for them. Tyler is now living with my sister and her husband, and I still get to see him regularly.

My pets have been a huge source of comfort to me over the last year or so, as I have struggled with immense financial hardship, have had to move (glad I did, as I love where I am now, but at the time it was very stressful as I did not have any money whatsoever and had to move on just a benefits advance!!), and I also suffer with mental health issues and a long term back problem.

Until recently, I have managed to care for my pets as my vet has been very understanding and allowed me to put my bills on account. But I am now struggling so much financially that I can no longer keep up the repayments and am beside myself as I have no way of affording the care my beautiful pets need and deserve.

I am seeking help with my finances, and am awaiting counselling which I hope combined will help me get into a better place mentally and enable me to find and keep employment so that I can support myself and my pets adequately.

But my immediate problem is that I think Tiggy may have a serious urinary track problem, and I have absolutely no funds whatsoever with which to get her the help she so needs. I doubt my vet will allow me to continue to add to my bill seeing as I have been unable to contribute towards it recently, so I am appealing to you good people to help me out if you can until I can get back on my feet.

I also need funds for general vet care for all my pets such as flea & worm treatment and boosters etc.

I am a hobby artist and I love to do pet portraits, so I would be more than happy to repay with a painting, or donate my work to charities of your choice.
