There are many worthy causes which Sue wholeheartedly supported and benefited from. We found ourselves unable to select a single charity for which to invite donations. Therefore we would like to invite you to donate to a fund which will be shared equally between the following causes:

Cobalt Health
A locally-based charity which aims to provide the best medical imaging for everyone, through funding scanning equipment, research into disease prevention and training for medical professionals. This has included funding cutting-edge CT and MRI scanners both in NHS hospitals and dedicated imaging centres, as well as mobile MRI scanners which travel nationally.

Fresh Hope
Sue was a trustee of Fresh Hope, a local charity which aims to build and restore communities through projects which offer opportunities for those in need, but also serve the wider community. The first of these is the School House Café in St Paul’s, Cheltenham, which serves as a community hub and provides employment opportunities to vulnerable adults.

Ovarian Cancer Action
Although Sue did not suffer specifically from ovarian cancer, her particular type of breast cancer shares much research with ovarian cancer. Your support here will fund relevant research into prevention and treatment of cancer, as well as raising awareness of a lesser-known type of cancer.
