Hi guys, I'm a little embarrassed about having to make a JustGiving page but anyone who knows me will know I don't ask for help unless I'm desperate.

I'm currently unable to work due to mental health issues which I am working on. Things are definitely looking up, but not at a rate that is enough to help my current situation.

I live alone with my two dogs Poppy and Lily in a one bedroom flat, which I've recently been told has gone into arrears through no fault of my own . If I can't find the money to pay off the arrears by the end of august, it's a very real possibility that I could lose my home and pretty much my whole life as I know it. Things have been pretty bad for a considerable amount of time now and it seems that just when things are looking up another blow comes along to knock me down again.

I'm starting CBT soon and my mental health is definitely slowly getting better, but as I said this is an emergency and I'm scared that losing my home and my independence would have a significant impact on my mental health that I'm not sure I could recover from.
