    Story

We are trying to raise £45,000 for a disabled friend, Sarah Lambert, who needs an vehicle adapter (£20,000) and a new wheelchair (£25,000). This is so Sarah can drive herself instead of waiting for a carer to take her on days out, and can get herself to regular doctor visits, hospital appointments, and even general shopping. Sarah is currently a prisoner in her own home unless someone can drive her. Sarah does already have a disabled vehicle but it needs adapting to her needs.

It would be fantastic to give this young lady the freedom of going out when she wants or needs to, so please help support our cause and make this persons dreams come true.

    Thank you Sue
I always been independent person and after my accident I became someone who could not do anything without someone help. 10 years on and I have the opportunity to become independent to drive once again to go where I need hospital, doctors, vets, shopping or just go out.
My wheelchair sadly the NHS can not issue a chair that can cope with my area or personal needs. The chair breaks a lot due to no drop down curbs bad pavements etc. Repairs can take up to 3 months I become a prisoner in my home. The average is 2 weeks this is long time to be bed bound as I dependent on my wheelchair. To have a wheelchair that gives full support, to go out and walk milo. The wheelchair if I am to be lucky and get a car that I can drive I will need a electric clamp down on the wheelchair to keep secure. so the wheelchair need to be fitted with a part and my NHS chair can not be fitted with this. Please help me.

From the bottom of my heart I so thankful for all I have but I want to LIVE and not just be alive
