Story
Suffolk Pride is a countywide event that celebrates LGBTQ+ equality and diversity.
In 2019, the parade and Pride celebration event took place on the Waterfront in Ipswich on Saturday 22 June 2019 from 12 to 8pm.
People from across Suffolk and beyond were invited to enjoy an affordable family-friendly day of fantastic entertainment, to taste the best food and refreshments and to learn more about Suffolk’s LGBTQ+ community.
As part of the Pride celebrations, there was also a programme of activities in schools and libraries.
The Committee were overwhelmed with the amount of support and we are very grateful. We want to start plans for Suffolk Pride 2020 ASAP!! and we need your help to achieve this - thank you :)
