Hi im Sian a 36 year old from wales, i am married with 6 kids all before my health declined! And due to merging our families.

I have hypermobility syndrome (hypermobile EDS), fybromyalgia from previous traumas, chronic pain and still awaiting other tests ect. But this all became worse after loosing my little boy. Adding to my trauma.
All these things take time and challenges to diagnose this has been a 3 year journey so far.
I am still working my way through all the systems and hoops and everything ect never an easy thing to achieve, nevermind when you a chronically ill, and exhausted from things that never used to exhaust you.
Over the last 3 years my health has gone downhill badly and with not alot of support because your swimming in unknown waters.
now I cannot be on my feet for long at all and need crutches all the time to do this but this effects my shoulders also, this means im pretty stuck at home alot this wheelchair would 💯 allow me freedom to live and support my kids.

I just want to be a mum to my kids again and for them to not be stuck or stopoed from doing something by or because of my abilities.

This would allow me to be able to live life and do things with my family which are now very limited due to lack of equipment and also equipment thats suitable! I do not qualify for motability scheme due to my ongoing assesments 3 years down the line with limited information and the automatic assumption your lieing within lots of these systems its not easy to get what you need.
