This fundraiser was inspired by a moment that touched me deeply. I saw an elderly person struggling alone to meet the most basic needs, and it reminded me how easily those who once cared for us can find themselves without anyone to rely on.

Our elderly have spent their lives guiding, supporting and loving us. They deserve to feel valued, respected and remembered, especially at Christmas. Yet many are facing loneliness, hardship and a lack of everyday essentials.

I am hoping to raise £1,000 to prepare 50 hampers filled with basic necessities and to share a Christmas meal with elderly individuals who may otherwise spend the day alone. My wish is to bring comfort, dignity and warmth to those who need it most.
