Are you sick of eating roasted aubergine and fruit salads when you go out for dinner? I am. That's why I'm planning on opening up a completely vegan junk food café. I'm sick of going out for meals and feeling like chefs could be lying about if what I'm eating is vegan and as I live in Ayrshire there is really no choice for us.
As a fully qualified chef I have been playing about with vegan food for over 4 years now and have mastered dishes that are hard to make vegan.

I want a place that vegans can relax, eat some mac n cheese, have a donut or two and not have to pay a ridiculous price. As a daughter of a business owner I know what I am doing and I look to bring more jobs for vegans.
