Update: Have enrolled and start next week. Have raised £300 so far. Appeal is still being considered. Monies will be returned if win. They are being horrible. I am refusing to be beaten down....stand with me to stop discrimination within education and share your stories as I plan soon to contact the national media.

We rebuilt our lives after being made homeless in 2015 (thankfully able to sofa surf and have a constant yet changeable roof), life has been wonderful. Secure housing association home, wonderful vegan runner partner, happy children and 2 rescue cats (from the sanctuary where I volunteer).This year I have been offered an amazing opportunity to take an MSc in Primate Behaviour and Conservation, 4 days a week. However, after first offering a student loan, the finance company have withdrawn the support of funding. I begin at the end of Sept (have completed full registration) and the course is full time for one year, meaning I don't just need to find the course fees of £6200, yet also living funds. My partner has even offered to cycle to work instead of getting the train every day (40 miles per day) to provide extra, yet we know it likely isn't enough.
I have been hesitant to ask for help in this way, as I am sure there are much more worthy causes yet friends have encouraged me to let them and anyone else help in this way.
If you feel you can help me make this huge change in this new direction, I would like to offer some gifts for you. I estimate £10k to fund the course and support the study time for one year after which I hope to obtain a paid PhD place and then work directly with primates, of which over 60% are highly endangered.
