🎄 Summer’s Christmas Mission 2025 🎄

Hello, my name is Summer 💖

I’m 10 years old and I live in Wythenshawe.

Five years ago this month, I learnt about poverty at school. The thought of children having no food really upset me, so I came home and asked my mum if we could help the foodbanks. That was the moment Summer’s Christmas Mission was officially born.

🌟 Every year since, my mission has grown bigger and better. What started out as helping children and their families has now grown so much that I’m able to help families right across Manchester. Over the years, I’ve also raised thousands of pounds for local children’s charities.

This year marks the 5th year of my Christmas Mission.

My goal is very simple:

👉 To help ensure no child is left behind at Christmas in Manchester.

I want every child to have a magical Christmas morning with food on the table, treats to enjoy, and a toy to open. 🎁✨

📦 Collections will start at the end of October.

I’ll be gathering:

• Everyday food items 🍞🥫

• Christmas chocolates & treats 🍫🎄

• Toys for children of all ages 🧸🎁

But I know not everyone can donate food or toys — so I’ve set up this JustGiving page for anyone who would like to support with a donation. Every penny raised will go directly towards helping children and families this Christmas.

💖 My missions are only so successful because of the amazing support I receive from kind people, businesses, and friends. I couldn’t do it without you!

📱 My mum manages my social media pages where I have over 1,000 followers. We always share updates, t, and show exactly how donations are making a difference.

Together, we can make sure that no child in Manchester is left behind this Christmas. 💫
