My name is Carlo Ferreira, I am Portuguese, born in Mozambique in 1965 and I am also a Kriya Yoga teacher and student. I started my practice 32 years ago and haven't stopped since. The world has been my biggest teacher, having been in India, the United States, Australia and Portugal where I further expanded my knowledge and practice.

I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease at the age of 23, and this lead me to take Yoga to a different level, making it my priority. With that I developed a method that took 8 years to develop. As time passed this condition had become a faint memory, almost forgetting I was ill, but 8 years had passed and I did the exams again to find I had been cured, had been cleared from my body.

I did some workshops in Portugal with Crohn’s disease patients with 100% cured results. The method works, and now at the age of 52 it's time to retire and live solely for my spiritual journey.

I have waited to build this Centre to receive people from all over the world and teach this method, your donation will help to create sanctuary for so many.
