I've raised £5000 to fundraise for Aware NI and PIPS, focusing on Men’s Mental Health and Suicide prevention

More people died from suicide in Northern Ireland after the Good Friday Agreement (4,400) than during the Troubles (3,600), with Northern Ireland also having the UK's highest suicide rate.
It is absolutely essential that people struggling with their mental health feel able to seek support. Yet 78% of the young people surveyed think there is stigma attached to mental health and 24% would not talk to anyone if they had a mental health problem.
To raise awareness towards mental health, particularly stigma around men's mental health, we came up with a Sunrise to Sunset challenge.
Driving from sunrise to sunset, from the 3 different points on the North Coast, to the lowest point in Ireland. whilst completing challenges related to mental health along the way.
Please give what you can to a very worthy cause.
