Story

As most of you know, our lovely friend Sean Guinness, was diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma cancer in April this year.

The news was pretty horrible and the original prognosis was devastating to hear but Sean started immunotherapy which is going really well and we're hoping to have the crazy guy around for many, many more years.

Nevertheless, it has been a tough year for Team Guinness which was also difficult by the fact Sean hasn't been able to work and the uber gorgeous Josie gave up work to become his carer.

We set this fund up to try to raise enough money for the family to get away and have a much deserved break. This has been tricky to organise due to Sean's treatment. However, his (hopefully) last treatment in on 28th August and finally it looks like they'll get time to get away for a break together.

With that in mind, we plan to transfer the funds next Wednesday so that Sean & Josie can finally get a break together. We plan to send a card from you all to say we had a whip round - it really will mean so much to them.

In the meantime, the 'whip round' continues and it would be brilliant to get the total up to £1500 if we can.

I don't have the details of all of Sean's friends and so if you know of somebody that you think would love to contribute, please do feel free to send the link.

Otherwise, thank you so much for all your generous words and donations. Some of you don't know Sean and some of you know Sean but not me and you have contributed regardless. I'm so dazzled by everyones generosity. You guys are Extra!!!!

Thanks so much everyone, this is really going to mean so much to Sean and Josie.

Sending heaps of love and gratitude to you all,

Nat March-Thomson xx
