Story

Supporters of Superpeople are training hard and giving their time to run the 10 mile Great South Run for the charity. Donate some money and help create social change for disabled people!

Our incredible team so far are Natalie Betts, Tom Betts, Andrew Unwin, Rich Kelly, Gareth Day, Matt Manns, Ed Snook, Martin Challis and Kate Farley (Girl Boxer With CP) who will be joining us for the final mile!

Superpeople run projects and create film to showcase how disabled and non-disabled people can work together to create social change. Our mission is split into three areas: Adventure - Connecting communities to support disabled people to do something awesome that they've always wanted to do. Achieve - Helping disabled people find employment through creating video CVs. So employers can get to know the whole person. Activate - Promoting accessible activities and celebrating the disabled and non-disabled people involved. Check out our videos online now!

We are hoping to raise £1000 to buy new equipment for our projects. The four co-founders of the charity work voluntarily and currently rely on loaning the majority of their equipment from other people. Owning professional cameras would not only allow the charity to continue to produce brilliant films of the disabled and non-disabled people they work with, but also allow them to do much more work.

Much love,

Team Superpeople
