HOW YOU CAN HELP:

Support our Fundraising Efforts:

As a not for profit organisation we are 100% dependant on voluntary support. Support from people like you. We’re undertaking a number of fundraising initiatives, the first of which is the IronDad Challenge.

The IronDad Challenge will see Declan Loy attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the most 70.3 Ironman races completed within a 12 month period.

WHY:

To prevent rather than "pick up the pieces".

The tools already exist - so why aren't they being taught? Why are we continuing to hear of tragedies that could have been prevented?

Our aim is to equip children and families with the practical skills needed to live life free from fear, stress and worry. The tools and skills essential for dealing with life's challenges when they arise.

The recent recessionary years have seen families endure enormous pressure. Many lost their main source of income, many also lost their home. Such experiences leave lasting scars and despite the best efforts of parents to protect the kids, it's their experience too.

I am saddened when I hear and see stories of people using anti depressants drugs, alcohol etc to help cope with the challenges life throws at us. It's even more tragic to hear of a teenager or parent taking their own life, the family unit will be affected forever.

I also find it surprising to hear that my children have not been taught how to use their mind. In gyms we are taught how to make the body fit...in church we are taught how to make the soul fit...... but who is teaching us how to use the power of the human mind...... the brain that has been provided to us at birth, how does it work? How do we deal with our emotions? What tools are available to help us cope with the challenges life throws at us?

Super You provides the following:

1. Live events to educate family and children in the areas of empowerment, mental and emotional well being.

2. Online training programs

3. Funding projects which provide practical support to families experiencing pressure in life.
