Story

Walking the West Highland Way for Autism Rights Group Highland (ARGH)

This year, Joseph Redford will take on the incredible challenge of walking the iconic West Highland Way—travelling south to north through some of Scotland’s most breathtaking landscapes. It's a 96-mile journey, and it’s all for a cause close to his heart: supporting Autism Rights Group Highland (ARGH). As if that’s not a big enough challenge, he will also be stopping at every single train station between Glasgow and Arisaig (whether by getting on or off a train, or both). The adventure kicks off on 16th July and will conclude by 30th July.

ARGH is a vital, autistic-led, organisation that works tirelessly to advocate for and support autistic individuals across the Highland region and beyond. Their efforts make a real difference in promoting understanding, equality, and empowerment for the autistic community.

By undertaking this challenge, Joseph aims to raise funds to support ARGH’s important work. Your donation, no matter the size, will help ensure that ARGH can continue to provide crucial resources, campaigns, and support services.

Please consider donating to this cause and helping Joseph reach his fundraising goal. Together, we can walk this journey alongside him and stand in solidarity with autistic people and their families.
