Our dance school has always been more than just a place to dance—we are a family. Today, we are coming together to support one of our own.

Our much-loved teacher, Ray, has suffered an unimaginable loss. Following the recent earthquake in Venezuela, his brother and stepfather tragically lost their lives. Thankfully, his mother and grandmother survived, but they remain in Venezuela, facing an uncertain future.

What makes this story even more personal for us is that it was Ray’s brother who introduced him to our dance school. By chance, he met one of our teachers, proudly spoke about his brother’s talent as a dancer and teacher, and encouraged the connection that brought Ray into our lives. We will always be grateful for that.

Ray now hopes to help his mother and grandmother as they begin to rebuild their lives and, when possible, relocate to safety. We want to ease some of the financial burden during this incredibly difficult time.
