Coming from a loan parent family, with no support from his father, my son like many others struggles with the challenges of daily life. I have always worked hard to give him my best love, support and payed for him to go to extra curricular activities where possible. However in reality I just cannot afford dance classes, drama classes and singing classes.

Dylan is very passionate about performing and has been from a very young age, not for fame, but because its his passion and his dream.

He has overcome so many obsticlaes and challenges already through his love for the performing arts but he really struggles with his academic work and school because of his interests. As a young male even in this day and age he gets fround upon by his pears and his father for his love for singing and dancing. His energy and enthusiasm to perform and entertain is extremely hard for him to contain and therefor found upon within the classroom setting as it is distracting to others.

Dylans dream is to go to Tring park school for performing arts, where they can nurture his talents and bring out the best in him. Dylan loves science and being an academic school also, they can support both his academic and vocational interests, however the fees are way out of our limits.

Dylan has been offered the oppertunity of intense training in performing arts with an American and Canadian company for which he had to audition. This will prepare Dylan for future auditions helping him to secure a scholorship and maybe even lead to paid work where he can save money towards his school fees.

Yes there are many talent agencies in the UK and as the saying goes, if one is good they will succeed, however unfortunately some children just get lost in the system because they are never given the oppertunity, dont have the strong family network and support that some have. Also in this industry it’s a lot about who you know rather than what you know and how big your pocket is. The opportunity to work with this American company will really help us to gain contacts and network with people in the industry.

Dylan just wants the oppertunity to try his best to follow his dream, knowing that he tried his very best and to get out of the system. As his mother I will do my best to support Dylan every step of the way and like most parents just want the best for their child! I will be doing my very best to also help him raise the funds.

I am a hairdresser and makeup artist and will be offering my services for proms, weddings and other special occasions to help raise the fees. Dylan and I are also hoping to have garage sales and bake sales to raise as much as we can. Please help support Dylans cause and give him the best shot at a future, by donating as every penny helps!
