Stanley is 9 years old, he is currently battling terminal brain and spine cancer called Posterior Fossa Group A Anaplastic Ependymoma with A 1q molecular gain (a very difficult and basically impossible mutation to cure) He is currently on dailynchemo and has weekly infusions injected to his brain at Great Ormand Street.

So here it is.......
The story behind this:-
Stanley has been battling brain and spine cancer for almost 3 years now, his treatment has been back to back with only a small break last year. Throughout this time he has been asked many times what he wanted from Make A wish... he has never really been sure But He approached both myself and his dad a few nights ago, he said "ive finally decided what I want for my make a wish! I want a trip of a lifetime and he has been on and on about it since, this means it must be what he wants.

After doing my research I found out that make a wish UK no longer offer this as a wish 😢 I researched more and more. There are some charities that may be able to help a bit but his wish is to go on a plane and have a trip of a lifetime!

I spoke to his social worker who is going to do her best in contacting some charities also, meaning he would still have make a wish but as Stanley could be battling for years its there for when he needs a pick me up in the future.

The next challenge is, will he be fit to fly? So his consultant, said YES after this treatment which ends in January!!!
we can get the ball rolling because these things don't happen in a couple months it will take time tonset up and his travel insurance will be considerably high.
