Story
When my husband passed away, I was suddenly left to provide for our three young children alone.
Like many families in Nigeria, my husband was the primary breadwinner. His death did not only bring emotional devastation, it brought financial uncertainty. I know firsthand what it feels like to wonder how you will feed your children and keep your household stable.
The Ken Atsuwete Foundation was born from that experience.
Across Nigeria, countless widows face the same reality. When a husband dies, families can quickly fall into crisis. Many widows are left without income, support, or opportunities to provide for their children.
We exist to change that.
What We Do
We provide practical, life-stabilising support to widows in need:
• Emergency food and nutrition for families
• Vocational and skills training to create income
• Practical assistance to stabilise vulnerable households
• Support toward long-term self-sufficiency
We believe widows deserve dignity, opportunity, and hope — not just survival.
Why Your Support Matters
Your donation will help us:
• Provide essential food supplies to struggling families
• Fund vocational training that equips widows to earn an income
• Restore stability and hope to households on the brink of collapse
When you give, you are not just donating.
You are helping a mother feed her children.
You are helping a widow learn a skill.
You are helping a family rebuild.
Together, we can move families from survival to sustainability.
Please Give Today
No amount is too small. Every contribution helps us reach another widow in need.
With your support, families can begin to look forward to a better and brighter future.
Thank you for standing with us.
Thank you for your kindness and continued support.
Much love ❤️
