Story
On Thursday morning Lisa Pearson Guelmane collapsed and was rushed to JPH, she has suffered a Subarachnoid haemorrhage which has caused a major bleed on the brain, the girls (her three daughters) were told she wasn't going to make it and the only thing keeping her alive was the life support machine. However, Lisa, being the fighter that she is, made a massive turn around so was transferred to a Addenbrookes hospital on Friday and has undergone major brain surgery. She is very poorly and is far from out of the woods but we are all hoping that she pulls through.
As you can understand, this is a lot to deal with for the girls. What they need now is practical help. Lisa is the main provider for the family and until other measures can be put in place, to give the girls some breathing space financially, we would like your help to raise some funds for them. If only to pay for their petrol so they can go and see their mum in Addenbrooks as often as they like.
We'd also like to emphasize that there are 2 young children involved who are struggling to come to terms with all this and do have access to social media, so please don't put messages on social media, instead, please contact the family directly if you'd like to help with anything practical.
