Libbie was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia in January 2017 when she was 13 years old. She has to take daily chemotherapy. She is the most inspirational person I have ever met and I am so lucky to have her as my daughter. She will finish her chemotherapy at the end of March 2019 and have a further lumbar punctures and bone marrow biopsy. 3 weeks later she will travel to Morocco with World Challenge. Once there she will trek through the desert and take part in project work with a rural community. Part of the challenge is to fundraise the cost of the trip which is just under £2000.
