Just a little update as I’ve been quiet recently. But the work hasn’t stopped! I’ve achieved a 10k PB on the Clive Cookson, a ‘Blaydon Race’ PB last week and I broke the 7 min mile barrier at our SSHAC club race - the Sid Hitchman - getting a mile time of 6:45 approx (still waiting on official time). A few more races to do before the Great North Run! Jensen ran the Junior Sid Hitchman 800m and WON! He gave it his all. Logan is having a break from running, but loving his swimming at the moment. His speed and distance is increasing each week.

Thanks for all the amazing support! I still have sponsor money from my kind work friends to add to this page but I’m so happy with the amount raised so far! London was 2 weeks ago but no resting! Parkrun number 250 completed on Saturday and looking forward to a few upcoming races over the next month… Clive Cookson 10K, Pier to Pier, Blaydon etc. The boys have had a few weeks off running, but have been swimming, biking and doing taekwondo to keep their fitness levels up. We look forward to our next races to support our 3 fabulous charities x
