I've raised £12000 to Create a War Horse Memorial sculpture that depicts our heroes and animals lost during the war.

2018 = Marked the 100yrs centenary of the first world war.
I have lived in Pershore most of my life and felt inspired to do something to mark this occasion within my local community.
As many of you are aware I have been in talks with Steven Ellis Cooper local Blacksmith and Wychavon district council, who been very supportive and have agreed to the planned design. This poignant sculpture will be displayed within the Abbey grounds.
The design itself will reflect not only on our fallen heroes, and also numerous animals that also died alongside them.
This is represented by a Purple Poppy which will be incorporated into the design.
I am hoping to gain as much support as possible from the local community, schools and businesses.
This sculpture will be a lasting legacy and reminder for many generations to come.
Any surplus funds after will go towards combat stress mental health.
