PRISM are a Community Bereavement Support Service based in Telford Shropshire.

There is no charge to clients who use our services, however we still need to raise funds for the day to day running of the service.

PRISM run Bereavement Cafe's on the first 3 Saturdays of the month. Support for Baby Loss, Support for Men in Grief, PRISM supports schools providing bereavement support to children and young people.
