My biggest challenge yet for 2025! Buen Camino!

On 17 September I am heading back to Logroño in northern Spain to continue my journey on the Camino Francés where I left off in 2023. 15 days walking and 305 km to Leon to complete the next thirteen stages of this 775 km Camino to Santiago Compostela......all for the love of the forest dogs!

Friends of Kinik Forest Dogs (FKFD) was founded in 2016 and raises funds to maintain a daily feeding programme and care for all the abandoned dogs and puppies in Kinik and the surrounding forest areas in Antalya Province, Turkey.

Today, our volunteers Linda, Sharon, Clive and Cristina feed just over 100 dogs and puppies a day so funds are very much needed for the coming months ahead when all the animals are extra hungry and eat at least two to three 15kg bags of food a day!
