I've raised £500 to Help us raise money for a sensory room for Harry who has a life limiting condition. Our amazing friend Jackie is doing a Skydive to help.

Harry was born in 2008 with a rare chromosome deletion called 1p36 deletion syndrome. This means that a large part of Harrys chromosome 1 is missing, affecting his growth, speech, development, mobility and motor skills. If you would like to learn more regarding 1p36 Deletion Syndrome, please visit www.rarechromo.org
To ensure future support for Harry we have set up a care fund. You can learn more about Harry and see how he has benefitted from people’s generosity at https://m.facebook.com/HelpHarry/
Harry cannot speak or communicate with us much at the moment. He has a mental age of around 18 to 24 months and cannot play like other children as he doesn’t have the necessary motor skills. He loves cbeebies on the television and he also loves water and his special swing.
We would love to raise enough money to build a sensory room for Harry, so he can engage in other activities. A sensory room is a special room designed to develop a person’s senses, usually through special lighting, music, and objects. It can be used as therapy for children with limited communication skills.
