Story

I made a mistake

I'm grateful that you helped fundraise the first time allowing me to create north east nigeria's first medicinal garden.

You've helped employ 4 youths in boronji, attract some of the largest farming experts to come on the team, and source 50 of the most endangered medicinal trees in the area on an acre of land. `And locals who've donated up to 400,000 to help run the farm til date.

You've helped people give themselves work, purpose and education in some of our toughest economic times.

Unfortunately, we completely underbudgeted for the amount of water we would need to maintain trees. considering the little access there is to the area.

We've collaborated with locals on a plan to minimise our water use, we still need a water tank to store it and a caretaker to maintain it.

It's urgent that we fund these rare trees as soon as possible so they don't risk scortching in the sun.

The easier choice would be to leave the land to take natures' course.

But in doing so we'll never truly understand the hugeness of our impact, the scale of how common illnesses can be solved can be revealed.

Our time is ticking and if you want to help locals take part in this rescue mission, donate to our cause
