In memory

Story

In memory of Dylan Kearns who was 25 years old when he died following a serious road collision in Kirkby on Friday 3 November.

Dylan was on a pedal cycle, riding to work when he was involved in a collision at around 7am with a white Volkswagen Sirocco type car at the junction of Moorgate Road and East Lancashire Road.

Dylan was taken to hospital but was sadly pronounced deceased a short time later.

As a result of the incident, a 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, driving a vehicle whilst unfit through drugs and driving a vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the limit.

Dylan was tragically taken away from all his loving family and partner, Jamie. He was a well-known lad and liked by everyone and he had a contagious smile that was so warm. He was so loved and will be missed by everyone.

We just want to do something positive for the family and raise funds to help ease the burden of any costs that will inevitably arise from his untimely death.
