Story
In four weeks Tia will be recieving her next stage of cancer treatment in Manchester Christie cancer centre. I used all my holiday allowance from work when Tia was in Alder Hey in June. I will have to take time off unpaid to stay with Tia while she is there and look after her when she is home. With all of Cole and Tias appointments the cost has been mounting up with fuel and more time off work, car parking and bridge tolls etc. Any help would be appreciated.

3 years agoAfter spending 5days at the Christie Tia is home and looking forward to going back to school. She has coped so well with all the procedures I am very proud of her❤️

3 years agoTia went to The Christie today for blood and covid tests, we met some of the Drs and nurses and everything is ready for Tia to go in on the 13th September for her treatment.

3 years agoTia has been on a special diet for the last week to help prepare for her treatment, she hasn’t been allowed any chocolate, cakes or biscuits, she has been coping really well but is missing chocolate! Tia goes into the Christie on Monday for her treatment. Thank you all for all the support ❤️

Tia is 11 years old and was diagnosed with papillary thyroid carcinoma in May 2021, she has had a total thyroid removal and her central and left lymph nodes also removed as the cancer had spread to her lymph nodes.
