Myself and Julie are registered nurses who have the privilege of travelling with a group of pilgrims to Lourdes this September who require nursing care. We aim to support, care and facilitate the group to the best of our ability. ... this experience is a 1st for both of us and we are both nervous and excited at the same time ...our journey will be a 29hr bus journey in a specially adapted coach known as the Jumbulance !! On August 12th we are doing a 5k sponsored walk in pollok park ..(better look my trainers oot!!) If anyone can donate even a wee cheeky £1 towards the trip we would be so grateful ... we will keep you all posted on our journey ahead ..
