Help Me Smile Again: Urgent Dental Fundraiser

Hello, and thank you for visiting my page. Many of you might know me some won't , and some may be aware of the health challenges I’ve been facing, including hereditary periodontal disease.

Five years ago, I lost my partner—a loss that deeply affected my life. In the years since, grief made it difficult to look after my own health, and some issues were sadly ignored until they became much worse.

Recently, my dental condition has worsened, making it extremely painful to eat and causing a severe loss of self-esteem. I rarely go out, and I avoid most foods unless they are very soft.

After a free consultation, I learned that new dentures will cost around £1,200,(it was £850) as suppliers have put their prices up and there are no NHS dentists accepting new patients within 30 miles. I have managed to raise £600 so far, but being on long-term sick leave, it’s difficult to cover the remaining amount.
