Story

Please help me help the people this man worked hard for.

My father passed away in February 2018 year completely unexpectedly whilst training for the London Marathon. This was due to an un-diagnosed heart condition. This was extreme loss not only for my family but friends and all those who knew him. He was an avid supporter of everyone and always believed have a dream was enough. His compassion and commitment to his local rugby team helped see them grow over the past few decades and his early departure was felt widely amongst the rugby community. Secondly he was a huge runner and has, over the past few years, raised a lot of money for different mental health and local communities. I want to put any monies raised to again further aid the local homeless and heart disease charities close to my father. I am doing many running events this year in his name and have also been given his space for the London Marathon 2019.

I will be running a blog on facebook in order to help drive donations as well as blog "The road to the London Marathon 2019 ". I will be running a few races through the year, Feb Brighton Half Marathon, April London Marathon and October Cardiff Half Marathon. If anyone could find it in their heart to support me with this I would be gratefully appreciative.
