£491raised of £250 target by 17 supporters

Weʼve raised £491 to help fund the first year of teaching at our Arabic school.

Funded on Sunday, 30th September 2018

    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

On Saturday 28th July Tahir, Talha and Suhayla will climb Snowdon for charity. Many of you will have sponsored your friends and family to climb the highest mountain in Wales before. But have you every sponsored a 9, 5 and 2 year old to walk 8 miles? Please contribute generously and remember every penny will go to charity.

We believe charity begins at home and what better place to help people than on your own doorstep. In our community, many talented teachers do not have the resources to achieve their potential. Teaching is taking place in unsatisfactory conditions and it is time to give our teachers their homes back and for them to teach in a classroom. The right environment benefits both the teacher and the student and contributes to productive learning.

We have three Arabic teachers who have undergone Masterclass teacher training and are ready to start save for a venue!

We are fundraising for the teaching of Qur'anic Arabic classes at BiLD.

BiLD is an institute for the community of Burton upon Trent, which provides and facilitates opportunities for learning and development. BiLD is centred on the study of social sciences, especially languages. The basic learning is supported by a broad scope of extracurricular activities to widen educational experiences and cultivate a deeper understanding and love for learning. BiLD seeks to open minds through opening books and create well-rounded community leaders who inspire positive change both locally and wider. The institute prides itself in it's approach of inclusivity. Classes are taught in a nurturing environment of respect and tolerance and, learning at the institute gives everyone a beacon of hope, togetherness and self-fulfilment. Those attending the institute are inspired to feel valued and be valuable, respect and be respected and to be the productive leaders that our tomorrow needs .

Every penny you contribute will be used to directly support the teaching of Qura'nic Arabic classes for children aged 5 - 11 years old. Give the best gift you can this Ramadhan. Give a child the gift of learning Qur'an Arabic and reap the rewards of sadqah jaariya.
