I've raised £1200 to to help fund a trip to Tanzania, in order to help the community and teach English to students. SPONSOUR OUR 15K run!

In the Summer of 2018, my school and I have been given the opportunity to go to Tanzania, to help teach English and other subjects to the children, and help the community. My school have been visiting our partner school since 2011 in Mpwpwa, and we will be working alongside students in the Mwanakianga Secondary School to help support their learning. Neither primary nor secondary school is completely free in Tanzania, and we want to ensure we can really make use of the education we give to the students in Tanzania, who are eager to learn! We will also be visiting Iringa to help with the Neema Crafts Project. This project Provides opportunities for those with disabilities to train skills and employment. We will work alongside the workers and help design new products; the money the Project makes helps those with disabilities in Iringa ( Neema Crafts Charity ). Going to Tanzania will give me a worldview on living life abundantly and see the main issues that society face internationally, and what I can do to help. To help fund raise, some of my team and I will be engaged and involved with a number of events. This will range from doing things that will take us out of our comfort zone. My friend Jess and I are doing a 15K run and and we really hope your donations can help us to make a difference in Tanzania, so please help sponsor us!
