I am stepping out to take part in the Thames Path Challenge in September 2022. This is a challenge that I have wanted to be part of for a few years and this year after deciding to go all out and sign up for the 100km I have eventually signed up for the 22km!!! I will be taking up the challenge along England’s greatest river which will provide a fantastic backdrop for an unforgettable adventure to celebrate my birthday.

Next year I hope to do the 50km ( a bit more training needed!) and then maybe year 3 the 100km...keep watching!

Debenham, a delightful Suffolk village has been incredible good to me, personally and professionally. It is home to my business, which has thrived due to the local support shown to me and my children have grown up and been educated here. At the heart of this amazing community we have a charity called The Debenham Project, who are doing amazing work supporting the carers of Dementia sufferers.
