Story

Me and my mummy are walking the Wee Wander Kiltwalk for Rays of Hope. They supported us both while she was poorly and I wanted to do something nice for them. We still go every week to see our friends and support new people who have been diagnosed with cancer.

Rays of Hope is a small group in Elderslie who provide peer support for those affected by cancer and their loved ones. It's a very special place and we both love going there. We've made so many friends and we take part in lots of activities like Pilates, Relaxation, Knit and Natter, Exercise classes as well as drinking lots of tea! There's tears but there's also a lot of laughter.

Their building is getting too small so they are raising £500,000 to build an extension! Please help me, to help them, to reach their target so that more people like my mummy will be helped.

If I reach my target, I'll also get my Brownie Charity Badge!
