I'm raising £2,000

the reason I am raising money for Tunko is really fate!! Whilst me and Jess was in the airport bar going to Lapland we met Anita smith who is the founder and director of a charity called bansanghospitalappeal.org

i said we would like to sponsor someone in The Gambia, as we support people with learning difficulties we wanted to do the same in The Gambia so Anita suggested Tunko.

Tunko and his family all have needs Tunko and his wife both have physical disabilities and their daughter is non verbal.

Tunko works at the hospital which is an hours ride on a bike along dirt paths. His bike had no pedals or brakes since we have bought him a new bike which he loves.

Anita visited their mud house whilst she was there and was so upset by all the rats crawling over their beds and around their home in the day. Their house is a mud shack with a galvanised roof which may not survive the heavy rains in June.

We have found a builder that can build a better house for them this is why I am raising the money.
