A year ago i was diagnosed witn crohns disease and it hit me snd my kids hard my kids are only 10 8 7 and 4 but they want to do a 5k walk to raise money for this horrible disease,i could not be more prouder that at there age they want to fo this for me and everyone else with this horrible,nasty ,life long disease
