Sergeant Tara Richards, an avid fitness fanatic and brilliant police officer was recently rushed to hospital after suffering from a collapsed lung.  During surgery  there  were  complications  and she  spent  a  period  of  time  in  a life threatening coma.  She luckily recovered from this and was later discharged from hospital.  Now  to  aid  her  rehabilitation  and  recuperation at home  I  would  like  to  raise  some  money  for  her  & her  family.   By  raising  this  amount  I  would  like  to  donate  it  to  her  to  pay  for  valuable  time  with  her  family  which  hopefully  includes  a  trip  away  when  she  is  better.   I  would  also  like  to  donate so she can pay for private  rehabilitation  and get  back  as  strong  as  she  ever  has been. 

She is a friend, colleague and a great police officer who has served in London for 26 years.

I know how much this would mean to her.
