I recently visited Bangladesh with my family to visit relatives, however during my trip across the country I have come across amazing people that do not think about themselves but only to please others. I met this gentleman in his early 40's near to were I stayed, he visited me everyday with varies of different products to eat and drink. He barely had means to feed himself and his family for a month however was getting all these items for me. The issue with him was that he couldn't hear properly, so every time we spoke I was having to repeat and shout to him for him to understand what I was saying and sometimes he lip read. His life revolves around his elderly mother, his wife and his 2 young children ages of 7 and 5. The work he does is just enough to feed them and give them some sort of education, but not enough to look after them or most importantly himself. His children are having to sign language to him at times and his wife cannot have a private conversation with him about their own personal family matters. I decided to take him to the hearing specialist which they stated that it will cost near £800 for both ears to have well equipped hearing aids and if he doesn't have them now then there will be a possibility of completely going deaf in a few years. I have requested him to take my help for me to purchase the hearing aid which the doctor recommended and I request all to help me get this cause done for this very humble guy who can listen to his children growing up.
