Four days to go until the 10k swim, and the reality of how far 10k is, is starting to dawn on me. I hope to achieve it in 3 hours, but have managed far fewer training sessions than planned... so who knows if I'll make it at all! None the less, the challenge of this is nothing compared to what our swimmers at Pimlico Puffins face and overcome every week.

I am fundraising for this wonderful small charity in Victoria, that helps disabled people to swim. Money will go towards the cost of running the bus - which brings our most disabled people to and from the pool, and our annual gala - where our swimmers have a chance to compete against other clubs, and hopefully win medals and trophies for their efforts.
