Hi and welcome to my JustGiving page! I am a wheelchair bound young woman with the condition CMT (Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease). It means the nerves in my lower legs/arms are not firing up the muscles, therefore causing muscle weakness. It sucks let me tell you! ... But you have to get on with life :-)

I absolutely love travelling, especially to London - i live an hour away on the train so easiest place for access! My blog - Tash's Accessible Travels talks about all the things i experience and how accessible (or not!) things are. I haven't updated in a while as there have been no travels recently :-(

The reason for starting this crowdfunding page is simply because I'd like to travel more and possibly further away but because the cost of a carer, I am very limited on how long I go away for. If there was any way of even having a hotel for a few nights paid for, that would help immensely! I've never done this before and a part of me feels rude for even asking ... but like everything, there is no harm in trying!
